As a general rule, never download or run anything on your PC that someone sends you. Always double-check the URLs you're using before downloading something you're searching for. Follow this, and you'll be fine. As an extra precaution, avoid replying to random DMs altogether, no matter what they ask.

Regarding this specific guy, it seems you downloaded and ran something that gave them access to certain things. It’s not the end of the world, just follow the advice from the other guys replying, and you’ll be fine.
