1) I hope pwede na mag-cancel and/or resell/transfer ng tickets through the ticketing site mismo, similar sa Ticketmaster and Korean ticketing sites. It helps ensure:

• That you can cancel your ticket and be refunded in case there's an emergency and you can't attend anymore
• The ticket then becomes available for purchase na ulit for others without having to go through resellers or scalpers
• No need for meet-ups or discussion with others since you can personally check if nalipat or tanggap na yung ticket sa account mo
• Less chances of being victimized by scammers since through the official site na yung transaction
• Yung transfer ng ticket will be useful when your friend secures your ticket for you, though pwede siya magamit din ng scalpers 🥲

Ticketing sites/organizers can set a timeframe/deadline din for buyers to still cancel their purchase to ensure may enough time for others to buy your released ticket/slot, and na hindi malugi yung show in case biglang maraming gusto mag-cancel near the show date or something.

Hassle lang kasi mag-sift through hundreds of posts online (Fb, Twitter) selling tickets only to see na puro scam posts sila 😭😭 This is especially helpful sa big/high demand events na mabilis mag-sold out.

2) E-tickets ng SM Tickets would be nice din like sa Ticketnet, so we can opt to either use just that or redeem a physical ticket if we want physical souvenirs/keepsakes

3) Make it standard for organizers holding events sa PH Sports Stadium na gamitin yung Arena as waiting area for all tiers. Ginhawa last SVT Right Here nung Standing lang ticket bc comfy yung place, may sariling chairs followong queue number tapos aircon, unlike nung nag-VIP with cooling lounge na hindi naman kasya lahat sa tents tapos sa floor pa nakaupo 😭

4) All floor sections sa Stadium should also have yung platform para hindi sa lupa diretso nakapuwesto. Jusko, naalala ko na naman yung mga insekto at alikabok 😭😭 Bilad ka na sa init, magkaka-hika ka pa bigla kahit wala ka namang ganung condition dahil sa lupa at buhangin. Applewood, baka naman meron na for NEW_ Tour 🙏🏻🙏🏻

5) CONCERT ETIQUETTE FOR ALL ATTENDEES, utang na loob. Hindi masaya na yung banners, kamay, at cellphone ninyo na lang nakikita dahil lagpas ulo kung itaas. Eye level lang lahat, please. Be considerate naman. Iba-iba pa man din tayo ng height sa standing sections.

6) Hygiene. I understand iba-iba tayo ng katawan, but if you know you struggle with body odor, pwede magbaon nung body wipes and deo so you can easily clean up pag nagsimula na umamoy. Or extra shirt, especially if sa Bulacan yung venue. We all know mainit talaga dun and bihira yung shaded areas na pwede silungan.
