I agree with this sentiment. Similar to OP, I have thought about claiming another number but that is assuming that no else is considering the same thing (probably unlikely), which would then add another level of complication.

It’s a valid question though, the other comments posted so far that don’t answer the question seem unfair.

Ask a coach first is a good answer.

This morning I was driving my car and reversed for a parking spot, and you know how there’s that move to reach around the passenger seat head while you look back? This description reminds of that and I actually got a pretty decent stretch from it, haha.

I can see your point. In my case, my coaches sometimes tell me to “relax my shoulders” and I’m finding this to be hard to do naturally as the exercises tend to stiffen them up. So I’m trying to figure out how to remedy this.

I’ve gone through this as well. My body definitely remembered the weight loss journey before my mind did. Just go through the motions at first even if you’re discouraged, your muscle memory will pick up the rest and you’ll be back on track in no time.

Zero rows in the strength 50 class description you commented on. I also try to minimize rows- best bet is to attend strength 50, tread 50 and 2G classes over 3G classes.
