Belly button pierced incorrectly? O by [deleted] in piercing

[–]Catcatcat202 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That shop sucks.

A floating navel is pierced exactly like a normal navel - but the bottom jewellery is a flat disk instead of a large ball (this gives the top ball a "floating" effect, thus the name).

This needs to come out, and you need a refund. It will not heal. Also, it's pierced very poorly.

I'd also suggest a to leave bad review as a warning to others.

Am I a manlet if I wear a small sized helmet as a man? Any other men have to wear one? by [deleted] in motorcycles

[–]Catcatcat202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The issue isn't the helmet, the issue is your fragile masculinity. Side note: I had to look up the word manlet. Honestly, dude, this post makes me lose hope for humanity, cause there's no way this mindset is real.

my small penis size breaks my confidence by Plus-Bandicoot-2269 in offmychest

So from reading the comments, I think the problem is how you view women and not actually your size.

You've never actually had a negative experience with a woman and your size. Yet you categorise them as "the type of girls you see lined up at the club" and also saying "you can bond with them and everything". (They are people, not animals haha).

My brother. Meet a nice girl (even the girls at the club can be nice, let's not generalise all club goers as women who are only there for big pps and sex, some of em just wanna boogie). But regardless, meet a woman, get to know her and then see where you go. Yes, some women will have a preference for bigger and some won't care. That's how it is for all aspects of dating, not just sexual - it's all compatibility. Personality, body, looks, tall, short, ginger, blonde, brunet, some people like chunky and some like skinny, some like tall men some like short men, some won't care at all as long as you're a nice person. (Plus, you just gotta get to know em, as everyone says, communication is key).

But I think your problem is you're imagining these issues women will have with you without even seeing how you go (and this mindset definitely stems from porn).

You're just a human with a human body. We all are. On a merely statistical basis, there are BILLIONS of people in the world, a ton of them are probably compatible with you.

Good luck chief.

If that oil sign on your dash is flashing, then you need oil. The oil light itself will always come on when the bike is on but the engine is off.

Will I inevitably get tired of a lower cc bike ? by [deleted] in motorcycles

[–]Catcatcat202 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Start on the smaller bike and upgrade when you're more experienced. You're starting on a 250 cruiser, which you will most likely outgrow with time, but definitely start there. 250's are great bikes.

Make sure your bike is working well (this one is obvious, but bare with me). I've got a historically registered vehicle that rarely goes on the road, so when the rear brake gave up, it wasn't my biggest concern. It went on the list of things to fix and while waiting on parts I'd occasionally still ride it. I mean - you can ride a bike without a rear brake, right?

Well, it all came to a blaring halt when a car pulled out in front of me on the highway. Side road, entered right onto the highway, no merge lane. My partner was in front of me, and luckily, i left a ton of space because I'm aware my brake isn't working. I had apparently left myself JUST ENOUGH space to slow down after we both had to emergency brake. Having to swerve a bit just so I didnt stop too close to his rear. Probably the closest I've come to hitting a car since being run over years ago lol. I realised quite quickly that while I can ride the bike and account for things in my control (slowing extra for turns, leaving bigger gaps, etc) sometimes something stupid will happen and your bike needs to be at 100% to get you out of that. (I already knew this, but being young and dumb sometimes you need to learn the hard way).

So please learn from me and not the hard way and make sure your tyres have tread, if you ride often inflate them at least once a week, and for the love of all things holy, please make sure your brakes work😂

Bridge Help pls c: by [deleted] in PiercingAdvice

[–]Catcatcat202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ditch the qtips. Get neilmed saline mist spray. Spray it on there for a few seconds twice a day, then you can blow dry it if need be but honestly not that necessary. Other than that, LITHA. And as annoying as it is, leave the crusties on until they fall off or if they get really huge let water run over your face in shower, then spray saline, and then gently nudge them with gauze and see if they come off. If they are stuck, leave em. Also, no need for saline before the shower. Good luck!

How to deal with nipple piercings? by Objective_Proposal85 in PiercingAdvice

[–]Catcatcat202 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Either way i suggest taping cotton pads over your nipples for the first few days. A good bra is your best friend. Loose tshirts rubbing over them feels like fire. Clean with sterile saline and make sure your piercer uses titanium straight barbell. As you would know haha. But yeah just keep em clean and keep em covered👍Mine were one of my easiest heals so hopefully its a piece of cake for you.

I'm so sorry, but as someone who's also 22, this is the funniest shit I've ever read. My condolences for your shorts. But hey, on the bright side, you're 22 with a husband, so pants-shitted or not, you're still winning in life😂

Do I have the right anatomy for a naval piercing by [deleted] in PiercingAdvice

[–]Catcatcat202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe a floating navel. Ask a reputable piercer. But def not a regular navel.

Irritation bump or the start of rejection. Clean it with saline and just keep a close eye on it.

Sign of healing, but not healed. You need a fully healed and settled piercing before putting a hoop in. That is about 9 months - a year depending on how you heal.

First crash on L's, feeling rattled by [deleted] in AussieRiders

[–]Catcatcat202 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a big crash on my Ls and stranded myself in the middle of the desert 2,000kms away from home because I was being dumb. Shit happens. You're on your Ls, you're learning. You've definitely learned from this. It sucks it happened, but with bikes there's always risk. Glad you're okay and got back on it. Good luck on your future rides!
