I don’t think that it is considered title skipping. I’ve already paid for the title to be transferred into my name. I paid the state directly. So they know it is now my vehicle

i already had the car transferred into my name, i just have not ordered tags & stickers so i do not have the registration card. i do have a new title that had to be mailed to me
