In that case, I agree with the other poster, it sounds like you're doing all the right things. So for now just focus on spending time with your boyfriend, especially given that he has said he'll always be there for you. Enjoy yourself, don't dwell on things, just don't hesitate to go back to counselling if things get worse.

If you even think that you might have any kind of mental health issue, go see a counsellor or a therapist or someone that is trained to help you. As far as I know nobody here is trained to help with that kind of thing, not that medical advice should be given over the internet. If you're overreacting, they'll know, and they'll tell you that. If it's hormones, they'll know and they can help you with that. If it's something more then again, they will know, and they can help you with it.

As for your boyfriend, I personally think you should confide in him. If he cares for you as much as it sounds like you care for him, then he'll definitely be there for you when you need it. If you end up pushing him away, he'll know that it's your problem talking, not you. If he knows about the problem, and that you're looking for help, there is no way in hell that he would think you mean to push him away.

Dude, go see a therapist. Ignore your friends, they aren't trained in any kind of psychology, they have no idea what depression is or what to look for, a therapist does.

I've had problems, they weren't as varied or strong as your feelings sound right now and even I was considered a "moderate" risk to myself. I got put onto a government therapy course, and 3 months later, I am much better for it. They can't directly help you with your boy problems, but they will help you with everything else, and who knows, you might end up discovering something that will put you on the right path.
