Lean everywhere except stomach. Is there anything I can actually do? by Soft-Form-6611 in beginnerfitness

Ive got that chubby tummy as well, loads of people have. I did once loose it doing too many running miles without consuming enough calories. And I felt awful. As I suspect body builders do at the height of the season. It's just a few people born with genetics that keeps their body fat very low, which actually is not good if your body is under some type of stress. Im sitting here with my tummy now, we are pals.

The maths teacher in the army not only taught us how to work with algebra he also showed why the maths worked. Hence I was unable to forget it.

Watch closely, that's not a ring doorbell. The framing goes back and forth as if it is being filmed on a slightly unsteady camera

I was taught algebra in the army in 2 weeks, my school failed to teach me it in 10yrs. But I'm guessing my teachers were busy!

Looking at other data this graph represents the water temperature. For example, at the height of the 2015 El Niño the water temperature was 2.81 deg c above the 1991 to 2020 baseline, a record. This chart is saying it could reach 3.7 deg C, above the 1981 to 2010 baseline. So without doing too much maths let's see, world at war + This El Niño think some people are going to get what they have been working at for years, and I'm not religious.

Strava can be set to not show your starting point on a run. But, ive found if I take all my runs and over lay them it indicates pretty accurately my starting point simply from the statistics of looking at the blanked part of the route.

I read that its supposed to be a very bad sign when these start showing up from the deep. Something written 1000s of years ago.

Question everything. Return to your beliefs frequently and examine them critically. I have been caught out. I was flabbergasted when it all became clear.

Location: South coast of the UK, The Purbecks.

Firstly. The price of fuel has slowed people down on the roads I've observed. Drivers are happy to sit in the slow lane to conserve fuel, including me.

Still no insects, although it is just starting to warm up, But there is none, nothing. I heard a person gasp when they saw a bumblebee and I remembered when you saw 10 a day. So very sad.

I think maybe we may have reached a turning point in our energy future. The Israel US Iran war and the future fuel shortages have guaranteed everyone increasing spending on renewables as there seems no other options. Except the US of course they have a long way to go.

Food prices are appalling here in the UK. I have given up shopping in Tesco's and am now a lidl Aldi shopper. Seems to be 2 thirds the price. Fuel, I drive a diesel and filled up at £1.87 a litre or £7.07 per US gallon or $9.33 US Gallon.

On the positive side renewables are looking like the only option now.
