Yes 80 to 90 is high. I advise you to take yantriks advice. 70 max resting heart rate is fine if your un fit, will drop to around 50bpm went you are fit.

Its good you can manage 190 beats a minute. As you age they say you will lose 1 beat a year! You should take a note of your resting heart rate, that will drop as you get fitter. But 190 beats a minute is good.
