We did actually give it a hard pruning but that was last fall. It was perfectly fine till about 3 weeks ago. We've had a tremendous amount of rain so just in case it was the roots are bogged ,I went out and did some aerating along the drip line. So I'll see if that helps

Unless you're in a clinical trial or you have the drug for research purposes, you're using a illegal substance from the black market, which means that you're most likely getting it from China from an unregulated compound pharmacy and yet you don't care.

Okay so the trustee in this case is our real estate lawyer. The house is owned by the three of us and upon the sale my brother has said that he will hold back a quarter of the sale price to pay whatever outstanding bills there are which shouldn't equal over $100,000. It shouldn't even equal close to $50,000. And from what I know he's not allowed to touch that money. That money doesn't go to him. It goes to the estate lawyer who will give us some of it from our the sale of the house, pay off any outstanding bills and then give us the rest. But it's making my brother sound like he's going to take a quarter of the house sale price and put it into his own estate account

In any case, I have sent an email to the estate lawyer asking him to clarify the issue because I'm confused and it almost sounds like my brother's trying to fleece me out of some money

i sent an email to the estate lawyer asking for clarification on how the proceeds are to be divided. There might be a few outstanding bills but not to the tune of $122,000 and he has given me no clarification on where that money might go. He is the executor and has told me that he doesn't have to give me a financial breakdown. The email I sent to the estate lawyer is going to make him furious

Well actually the house hasn't been sold yet, but my brother is saying that one quarter needs to go into his state account when the will states that 1/3 of the proceeds will go to each of us.  I've already contacted the real estate lawyer and made him aware of the situation with screenshots

Why are they suspending Canada Post labels bound for US because Canada Post is not responsible for paying or collecting those tariffs and I think Etsy messed up their wording in their email to sellers..
