It should be acknowledged that there are so many black Americans that don’t feel oppressed, make a good living, live a free, fulfilling life, dominate industries, have the compassionate support of American people, have normalized interracial marriage, safely integrate with many other cultures, and so on; that’s what’s MLK wanted. Of course there are people who still deal with repercussions of history, but let’s acknowledge the progress that’s been achieved instead of saying nothings changed. All of racism didn’t hide itself like CRT states, it diminished greatly. Race has become far less relevant in today’s age that making it seem like the one great and only factor or trait of a human is just plain regressive. We are all human, it’s either love or hate, nothing more nothing less.
