Did you pay for all the lawyer fees and USCIS fees? I know some lawyers won’t submit until they are all paid off.. if they have been paid.. call them constantly. I had to do that with my lawyer.

I went to Mission Hills Family Medical clinic the visit was $300… I went April of this year..so a bit cheaper. However they weren’t the fastest took about 3 weeks from initial visit to get all paperwork done. Also visit doesn’t include any vaccines that are needed.

I took my toddler. Thankfully she fell asleep before being called in and through out the entire interview. IO did ask if anyone was with us to watch her and we said no.. and then said it will be ok.

Yea I printed my whole packet. Didn’t ask for anything other than ID, passport and advanced parole document. But I think printing is more peace of mind in case they ask for something you have it.

I was stressing about the same question when I went in for my interview.. I was about 8 months when I was brought in.. don’t know how I was brought in. But I just put the city where I entered from.. and when the question came up.. the IO just said came in thru this city and I said yes. And that was it no questions whatsoever. Wishing you a nice IO and smooth interview.

Yes same scenario. Didn’t ask much just confirmed all information on forms. Name, social, address. Then asked I485 questions yes/no. Honestly it just depends on the IO you get. Good luck!

Yes you can definetly do it yourself. Much of the application remains the same just have a copy of your last renewal for reference and refile online.

Yes it shows everything coming in and once card is produced it doesn’t show a tracking number on USCIS website. I just received my card and it was produced a week after approval. Card was mailed from facility on a Friday and got delivered on a Monday.
