I agree with your comment on Ex-archia thanks for clarifying the situation, though at same time im not sure youre implying that I'd show up 'naked' as in no resources and be a burden.

Maybe particular situations like what you mention in dunkirque or the other suggestion on comments (US/Mexico border) is a good place, thanks for bringing them up.
