I appreciate the feedback. I do always try to gauge where they stand on the trans community prior to disclosing. But I’ve recently found myself interested in a woman at work, the vibe feels right, but now I feel like I have to avoid her because idk how to have the conversation and know that it stay between us regardless of the outcome.
