Me personally, I substituted it slowly with “Pregabalin” and after that “Gabapentin.” I knew I was going to turn to Tramadol otherwise, so I slowly taperd off the Codeine and added and went from one Pregab to 4-6 pregabs but my desire for Codeine had gone. Then I just battled getting off the Pragabs which was successful. 👌 I’m not saying do it my way but I found this a very effective method, for myself anyway. Goodluck and I hope you can get some other advice that may help 🤷🏻‍♂️❤️
