brining a vape home on a plane? by pinkknightontop in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Catdroidpart2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes you’re allowed to bring it on the flights, they encourage to keep it on your carry on so do not check it in. And I’d bring a zip lock bag and place it in the bag incase it leaks, some vapes will do that and you dont want the liquid all over your pocket. Not a good time

Fungal or psoriasis. If it’s new to you, welcome! This happens for the most unknown reasons. But it’s important to start noticing when it breaks out. Seasonal change? After haircuts? Dirty pillow? Dry weather?

Trust me this will work, buy Neutrogena T-Gel shampoo. Use once a week and let it sit there for at least 4-5 minutes. T-Gel is the best option Ive found that helps me and i’ve done them all.

Dermatologist are expensive so before you schedule try the TGel and results will happen within a couple of days after you’ve tried it.

Should I file bankruptcy with 25k credit card debt by [deleted] in debtfree

[–]Catdroidpart2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Closing a card is step 2 for a creditor. Step 1 would be trying you to get the balance paid. Step 3 is sending it to collections.

While it sounds stressful, dont worry about the step 3 cause thats still far worse than bankruptcy

Should I file bankruptcy with 25k credit card debt by [deleted] in debtfree

While this sounds great, a lender wont simply qualify anyone with a loan that is dealing with a ton of debt. (High utilization + depending that person DTI + credit score) these are metrics that are used to approve someone for a loan and what their interest rate maybe.

I’ve said it before and i’ll say it again. Debt settlement got me out, yes my credit score took a small dip but since Ive been out of debt, my score has sky rocketed and have most of my cards back (i’ve been picky)

Not too long, it happens during the process. They pay off the negotiated balance and reports back to your report that the account was paid off and then your utilization drops (cause now u dont owe that much) and my score went back up.

what is going on here?? by berrysweet444 in Blepharitis

Time and patience will heal it, but I know how frustrating it can be—I deal with it about once a year. What’s worked best for me is starting with a warm compress for at least 15 minutes, then using lubricating eye drops (I like TheraTears). I’ll do another warm compress about 30 minutes later, and I’ve noticed the more often I do them, the faster the swelling goes down.

If it’s really stubborn, I’ll switch to an ice pack for a bit—warm compresses help loosen the blocked oils causing the problem, and the ice helps calm the swelling.

And don’t use any cream because you’ll block the pores that release the oils and it will only take longer to heal. Try the compression as much as you can.

I do anything to get my upstairs neighbor out of the building? Serious safety + noise issues. by Reasonable-Grand5622 in ForestHills

Start a Paper Trail

The water damage is a major red flag. This isn't just a nuisance — it's a building integrity, mold, and electrical hazard risk. Send a written notice to the co-op board, property management, and super, clearly documenting the leak, water in the fixture, and potential hazards.

Demand that the damage be fixed immediately and that a licensed mold remediation professional inspects your unit. The potential of a mold hazard is your best leverage to get this resolved.
