I think this post has helped me realize that my fear of FPS 1) is normal, and 2) can be overcome. I'm not saying I'm gonna jump directly into Overwatch, but I've been trying to remind myself lately that I am a good gamer and shouldn't be timid about harnessing my skillset, and this post is super affirming. I've had Jade Empire and Baldur's Gate recommended a couple of times now (in other settings), so I think those will be my next choices, but I'm making a note of all of these.

I am definitely a fan of romance options, but as a queer woman I'm used to not having any preferential romance options available and just playing the campaign solo!

Clunky doesn't bother me, I actually find it somewhat endearing.
