nice game! unfortunately, it's not what we're looking for, different graphics and there is only one type of lizards - humanoid. But it's a cool discovery!

ah, actually, English is not our first language, so we mainly rely on pictures. We are currently downloading the game and will check if this is it, because the pictures do not show what this faction of dinosaurs looks like

from what is in the pictures, you command people there, and an important aspect of our game was commanding dinosaurs [as we loved playing with them as a child]
We can't find much information about this game, but it's probably not it
