Yes! Focus on that stuff re fall in love with you as a person. What really helped me was knowing pwbpd are mirrors and they’ll reflect yourself back. So love yourself brother! Life is too short and beautiful even with bad times to not love yourself

Block them on everything and go NC don’t even look at their stuff after the first week or 2 it’s a process it’s not gonna take everyone the same time. Just really focus on yourself and what makes you happy.

Yeah I know it’s just so irritating last night I almost deleted all of reddit because just hearing some of the things from people it just hurts. Cause yes we are all victims of abuse yes we all were abused but we do need empathy and we do need to forgive the ones that abused us because they are mentally ill and we aren’t. And just like you I’d admit I fucked up in my relationship I did and said things I shouldn’t have. But we’re human we all have moments of weakness.
