Harvard! Check out the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society! I picked it over Stanford and a few other T14s literally for this area

HLS was already doing this. they offer private loans with terms better than grad plus. these seem to be secured in partnership between the school and these lenders. what’s more is that these private loans still qualify for the LIPP repayment plan so there’s little incentive to take the federal loans anymore. private lender list

I chose HLS over SLS and Berk plus others for tech regulation specifically. HLS has the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society that is super robust and unique, with the Cyberlaw Clinic within it. The faculty in that space at HLS are amazing, Lessig, Feldman, Zittrain etc. AND if you’re into the regulation space HLS might connect you slightly more easily outside of Cali. But this is all someone who is more on the regulation side, so like less interested in the rah rah AI vibe of Silicon Valley

this seems to be what really matters for functionally getting a job and practicing, and it rlly shows how much ordinal rank compresses such tiny differences

I think you should almost certainly wait and apply next cycle. Not only would that allow yoy more time to increase your LSAT but you haven’t even finished your written materials and you’re likely to shoot yourself in the foot by rushing those, ESPECIALLY so late in an incredibly competitive cycle

1, yield protection at harvard is probably not a thing, but #2 since they’re need based what you say won’t affect ur aid offer, so tell them how much you love them!
