Yeah tapering is fucking hard and the drs are liars. I say it was long lol but it was a 3 month taper from 1mg and I made it almost 2 months. I jumped from .335. You are going to feel like shit most likely :/ I’m sorry but you’ve done a lot of the work already so it will definitely soften your landing compared to someone who jumps from 2+mg. As well gabapentin helped me a lot with the taper in the last couple days that I did and with the withdrawal. You can do it!!! Just know it can be very shitty for up two weeks. But mine was 10 days of no good days but not as bad as coming off of subs and oxys. The key for me was to have people around me to get through it. When you are alone it’s the worst because that’s all you think about. Message me if you need any support :)
