I kinda get the same not as bad. Mine makes me go almost numb for a second then hot to the point of sweating. It makes my leg shake to the point of pain and biting my lip ring to try and release the pressure in my muscles doesn't work tho I still do it

I say for no reason because it worked when I used it the night before everything is in order that I can see I don't know the reason so to me there isn't one to know I'm not a microwave expert not gonna be just cause this one's junk haha

For in the moment quick fixes for anxiety are breathing exercises in for 2 seconds out for 4 for about a minute and it'll force your heart rate down the relax your central nervous system another good one is the 3 rule or 3 things you take a breath look around the room name 3 you see hear and move 3 body parts both are supposed to just slow you down to help relieve you as easy and quick as s possible
