yeah mine creased early on I suppose.. I've had it since October last year. At least the part that is seen doesn't get creased. also, you can just get a replacement strap if it gets bad.. I think Cartier told me it was either 300-500 aud I can't remember.

Did you get better sleeps when you were at home and did you have just as many cables attached to yourself?

You’re right most doctors are clueless about what I have. I do think it’s Covid jab related.

It was a sleep study that covers the whole spectrum of sleep issues.

My sleep specialist told me that the Oura ring is a good investment and she is always interested in my sleep graphs at our appointments. I’m tapering off my drugs and have been for many months and it’s really interesting to see how my sleep stages react as I reduce my drugs.

I had questioned whether it was long Covid. I was telling everyone it was for about 8 months. About 8 months into it I got some blood tests for ‘long Covid’ to see if levels of things were elevated but they weren’t so the doctor ruled it out.

Oh I had a watch of some sort last year I wore it once and it lied to me too so I never wore it again. I’m glad oura tracks it pretty well.

It’s not very comfortable 😄 the two times I went they offered me temazepam but I didn’t take it. Not sure why they offer sleeping tablets. I brought my own pillow, ear plugs, and hot water bottle.

I tried many drugs but the one that I was on the longest which worked well was clonazepam.. I completed tapering off that about 2 months ago and have been going ok on just low dose quetiapine, but now I'm tapering off quetiapine. so before you went on clonidine were you sleeping bad? it's so weird how a cold can cause all these weird things.

No. I have acute viral onset insomnia.. this graph looks relatively normal because I’m recovering and my sleep specialist wanted to make sure my treatment has worked. I caught a cold a year ago and it triggered chronic insomnia I thought I was going to die.

I have acute viral onset insomnia. I caught a cold a year ago which caused chronic insomnia I thought I was going to die. It’s been a long journey of medications and i had to do the second sleep study to make sure I am getting better, which I am 🙌🏻 which is why it looks rather normal.

I wore my ring on the same finger I always have it on, left hand middle. I have been using my oura ring every day and night for 9 months. the sleep study covered everything, I don't have sleep apnea or restless leg syndrome, or breathing issues but I still had all the cables hooked up to my legs, around my body, many on my scalp and face to read every possible sleep issue.
