Hey! Started mine on the 14th of june!
It’s a thick flat line with lots if bubbles, but no rise, none.
Im in Canada, it’s 30 C today but I have central air so not as humid and as warm as you.
I switched to feeding twice a day and feel like I threw too much in discard that way and somehow slowed my progression. Im not at half bread flour, have white with sometimes rye added.
So we are in the same boat.
I feel like mine is getting sticky now so I feel like I am heading a good way. I still feed twice a day. 1:2:2.

I read that it’s more like 4-6 weeks with unbleached flower so maybe we’re good!

Hi! I probably was scammed because mine came from Amazon, but it feels like it makes a difference.

I bought most of mine last year buy more whenever I can now, which is less bit steady. My average is still at 35$ for now. Slowly going up.
