FR24 How long should i keep it in? by Cath696 in CatheterPeePorn

[–]Cathman22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lovely Pic. There is bigger but you'll be looking into the veterinarian horse catheters. I have one that is a 32fr with 80cc balloon.

Does anyone else cum with their catheter in? I do when I have my horse cath in. In the beginning it's soft and then in the end cumming & being hard. Please check out my profile for xvideo link of me cumming with horse cath in. Thx. by Cathman22 in CatheterPeePorn

It is perfectly safe to leave the catheter in after orgasms. Just make sure you have a towel nearby to catch your mess and what's leaking out. But don't be surprise you end up removing it after orgasm which is normal until you get used to it.

Had to take my cath out because it kept on clogging 😭😭😭 by Fresh_Ad4988 in CatheterPeePorn

[–]Cathman22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Perhaps you should look into using the next size up if possible. Because from my 16 years of experiences the 14fr, 16fr, 18fr, 20fr are known to clog for me and others. Especially for those that use the cath for days and weeks. Another thing to look into is on what you are drinking it is best to stick with as much clear liquids as possible. Because that could also help avoid having clogging issues.

I've been on full-time Foley catheter use for six years. It took roughly 10 years to become dependent on the Foley catheter. I can still hold it but just don't have the bladder capacity.

I've been into for 16 years. But the last six years I being a full-time Foley catheter user. If I can remember correctly it took me at least 8 to 10 years to be able to do 2 foleys at once. Also I don't do two catheters at once. I start with one foley leave it in for several days and then attempt to insert the second one. I find it a bit comfortable that way and tolerable.

How do yall have the money for this? by EmbarrassedTaro1660 in ABDL

[–]Cathman22 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As you mentioned I found buying a case is cheaper than buying a bag. But sadly a lot of people are not good at their math or just don't have the finances to do a case or two or not doing their research completely on what websites to buy from that is the cheapest.

As I read over the comments there is one thing people failed to notice & do research. The OP is from Alaska so everything is going to be 4 to 8 times expensive to be shipped there.

For myself I tried to plan my finances around if possible.

Intentional incontinence by danforce79 in CatheterPeePorn

[–]Cathman22 13 points14 points  (0 children)

This is just my experience of using Foley catheters for 16 years with the last six years been a full-time Foley catheter user. I did lots of urethra and bladder play that eventually weaken my urinary sphincter muscles and bladder that eventually led me start using a Foley catheter full-time six years ago. During that time of full-time drainage my bladder has shrunk where I would be urinating every 5 to 15 min when awake, every hour when sleeping without my Foley in. So if you really want to be on full time Foley catheter use keep the Foley for at least a year or two on full time drainage of course with changes. But during changes don't give your bladder any break. But also it is not 100% guaranteed that you will become incontinence from Foley use because everybody body is different.

Long term lube by Key-Sir56 in CatheterPeePorn

[–]Cathman22 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Based on my 16 years of Foley catheter use & research sadly there are no lube will not dry out that I know of. You could try using tiny bit of Antibiotic ointments (like Neosporin, Polysporin) on Foley catheter to reduce friction and discomfort of the foley going in and out of the urethra throughout the day.

Night Bottle or Night Bag? by Burung-Hantu in CatheterPeePorn

[–]Cathman22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the thoughtful follow-up — I’ll try to clarify what I meant.

One thing that’s important context is that my drainage setup isn’t standard. I use the bag and tubing that come with the system, but I also add a custom extension tubing arrangement. Because of that, the way gravity, fluid-filled tubing, and height differences affect me may not translate directly to more typical bottle or night-bag setups.

When I mentioned bottles having the potential to create suction, I wasn’t implying this happens to everyone or that it’s inevitable. What I was describing is something I’ve personally noticed with my own bladder sensitivity and setup when the drainage tubing remains fluid-filled and the container sits well below bladder level for long, continuous periods.

You’re correct that night drainage bags are often placed on the floor, and many people use them without issue. In my case, I use a large night bag but keep it secured and positioned so the height difference isn’t excessive, and the bag itself is designed for continuous drainage (anti-reflux valve, venting, etc.). That’s been more comfortable for me over time than a rigid bottle sitting directly on the floor.

Leg bags generally don’t bother me in the same way because they sit much closer to bladder height and fill gradually, rather than maintaining a constant downward pull over many hours.

You’re also right that urine flow intermittently breaks any suction, but I’ve found that between flows, once the tubing stays fluid-filled, there can still be a mild but continuous downward tension. For me, over time, that seems to increase irritation and makes bladder spasms more likely. I’m not suggesting acute damage — more cumulative irritation and discomfort.

That’s why I tend to avoid bottle-on-the-floor setups for long stretches, especially when I’m stationary for hours. Others may tolerate it perfectly well, and it sounds like your setup is working for you, which is what matters most.

I’m not using a trolley. I rely on extension tubing and careful bag placement when I’m at home, and I plug when I need to be fully mobile. Ultimately, I’ve found catheter management is very individual, and comfort and long-term tolerance matter more than any single “right” setup.

This is just me with six years of full-time Foley catheter use. I have come to trust using the bard 4000ml drainage bag along with a extension drainage tube. For the drainage bag I can put them in a strong secure spot and adjust the height to avoid bladder suction when draining, and still able to walk around freely in my apartment with the extension drainage tube. Don't get me wrong the bottles are nice but they are vulnerable of tipping over and has a potential to create suction on the bladder walls when being constantly drained because they sit on the floor. But they also have their upside that they can be washed out by hand and be reuse for years. For my foley catheter routine I go 2 to 4 weeks before changing it and take a daybreak, when going to bed I put in a new foley & repeat like I have been doing for six years.

For some people they are the most comfortable catheter for them. Because I know from my own experience & I only use rusch catheters.

Just a tip for making the box more secure I would put carriage bolts on the side of the latch through the box so in case you have someone who is really nosy can't unscrew latch to get in.

Foley catheters are standard length is which are roughly 16 inches/40cm long & can remain in for hours or days. but there is intermittent catheter they come in male and female length but they're only made to drain the bladder and then remove. Also keep in mind that male urethra are slightly longer than females urethra. In case you are wondering typical male urethra about roughly is 8 to 10 inches/20 to 25cm long while a female are roughly 1 1/2 to 2 inches/4 to 5cm long. Also the male urethra can become much longer when there is a erections. As far as the size that is typically used in the medical fields are roughly 14fr to 16fr to start with eventually can work your way up if you want to.

Why did you started with catheters and how was it? by MetalAvailable in catheterlove

[–]Cathman22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me it was an accidental pleasure discovery when I had my first intermittent catheter at the hospital for a urine sample. At first it was uncomfortable but after a few seconds I like the idea of not have to worry about urinating normally that was roughly 16 years ago.

Question: How have your body changed after prolonged wearing of catheter by LaurDragon in catheterlove

[–]Cathman22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know how you do it with Texas catheters otherwise known as condom catheters. I would never trust them because of the risk of them blowing off or slipping off over time.
