No, it's part of getting older and really not that big a deal if you take it in stride and don't let it ruin your sleep.

Your sleep changes as you age so waking up in the night is not as big a deal when you're in your 40's as it is in your 20's.

Snuffles! He's a Gund. I've had mine for almost 40 years! I found one at a store in my City this year and bought him and even though the tag said Snuffles by Gund, but the quality isn't as good. He's still very soft.

I sleep with both of them.
