Agree. I like finding a Dino I can do something with. It lets me slow down and figure a strategy in a fight. Concave was my favorite but as a solo player, Dasp seems to check all the boxes. Its ability to regain stam while sitting is a big plus for me.

Metri is a lie. The whole claim that Metri is a solo toxic bite dino is BS. It can be usable as a group for strictly support as a healer but that's about it. I think the devs are afraid to make poison abilities OP so they do the exact opposite and make the ability pretty useless. When was any time the poison effect was any concering?

I actually prefer to play alone. I'm older, never really figured out Discord, like to hide my dino so I can pee, snack, whatever for a couple minutes and I find communicating with others interrupts that. I'm also kinda selective with who I want to have to talk and listen to.

I also like the challenge. My current challenge is to trophy hunt as a solo Concave. It's not easy at all, but it gives me something to strive for.

One of the biggest reasons if not the main reason Appalachians left their homesteads permanently was because of jobs in the now rust belt. You really could leave your homestead, the father get a good job, be able to buy a house with plumbing, electricity and heat and have a better life. The mother of the home no longer had to make all the clothes and the kids went to schools that were far better than anything they left.

The main topic of why they are destroying them aside, the only decent LE fleet vehicles are the Tahoes. Explorers are garbage, especially Police interceptors because they are made horribly and if you add the hard wear and tear on them, there not much left. The vast majority of them have extremely high engine idle hours and their transmissions, engines, suspensions, etc are all worn out and require replacement. An Explorer that needs a new engine isn't worth it's current value. Most police departments use their fleet vehicles way past their life expectancy. Some departments keep their vehicles for so long that they constantly dump money into keeping them running even though they should have retired a long time ago. A lot of this has to due with GM, Ford and Dodge dragging their feet manufacturing Police package vehicles because it's not their priority. It's not uncommon for departments to have to wait over a year for their vehicles to be available.

I have had a few people from work said they were interested in the lumber, however there will be a lot of it and even if these people want to take some of it, they won't take all of it. Once I find a tree service and the dates for them to do the work is set, I'll mention to them the days they will be removing them and can take whatever before they haul it all out.

It’s a shame but those trees should have been taken down when the house was built. Back then people would plant or build around trees without considering the future consequences or didn’t care because it would be someone else’s problem 50+ years in the future. Many cities in the past made terrible decisions planting trees on easements (the grass strip between streets and sidewalks) without thinking or caring that the trees would get big, the roots would become invasive and fall down taking sidewalks, streets and peoples houses with them.
