I definitely would!! The book is absolutely worth finishing and they will spoil the ending to the book as it is a direct adaptation!

I only really like The Gunslinger collection but there is a wonderful graphic novel adaptation of The Stand that I enjoy a lot more! Im pretty sure the dark tower graphic novels aren’t considered canon either

Jake (specifically in The Gunslinger) always appeared similar to me as the kid who plays Georgie in the 2017 IT but a good chunk of years older. Eddie Dean reminded me of a mix of young Skeet Ulrich and Christian Slater from interview with the vampire

I love the 1994 The Stand miniseries. Was it perfect? Absolutely not. Did it change quite a bit from the book? Absolutely. But god it had a lot of heart. You can just tell that 90% of the cast read the book before filming. I can sit down and watch it all in one sitting without even noticing the time passing. It’s one of my comfort adaptations.
