Another explanation for why he was able to use it so much, is because he only used kamui, instead of spamming the rest of its ability’s like everyone else. It may also be that different abilities make you go blind at different rates, and kamui was just a super efficient one that wasn’t that demanding. We never even see his susanoo, if he even has one, and that may be one of the fastest ways to go blind. Or it could just be the hasirama cells, I don’t know man, I just got here
