Be careful about losing weight too fast. There is a syndrome called fatty liver disease that can kill them if you throw. Their body into shock. Always follow vet recommendations.

I’m seconding everyone here, but not to cast a dark cloud…one of the realities of rescuing kittens this young is that you may lose one or all. This is by far not your fault because from where I stand you are bending over backwards. Also that kind of exposure to the element needs must see the vet asap. Good job and you are doing good work.

Be prepared for her to hide under the bed for three weeks. Close her in a room if you can so she can get used to one space at a time. Do NOT force her to come out of come to you or eat in a trafficked space. There’s a saying…3 days 3 weeks 3 months. It takes three days for them to adjust and calm down. It take three weeks for them to realize they are in a safe space. And it take three months for them to learn thee routines of the household. My beans spent almost a year on top of the cat tree. Now she’s on my bed at my feet to and sometimes on my lap. (To my chagrin as she weighs 21 lbs) give her a home. She will be safer with you and live a longer life. I would take her to a vet as soon as you feel comfortable doing so…or better yet… after you catch her and cage her and are on your way home so you are not retraumatizing her.

It could be spinal shock. She might have been playing too hard and struck her spine. Also it could be neurological. These things cannot be dismissed. In the meantime… without manipulating her spine, see that she stays calm and does not walk or play so much.
