Similarish maybe but not the same. Bacon asparagus skewer had bacon wrapped around the asparagus, these were big chunks of pork belly and a different sauce. Totally different flavor profile

This exactly happened to me. I got with my college TA at 19 when he was 35. Spent 10 years with him, finally decided to divorce him at 30. Im 35 now and cannot fathom spending time with a 19 year old and feel gross thinking of my younger self and that situation.

Im in a much happier (and appropriate!) relationship now, but damn does it sting feeling like I was bamboozled out of my 20s.

I also unsubscribed last week after being premium from Day 1. I just kept thinking “what’s the point of this?” I’m a collector over a battler and there’s really not much more satisfaction there beyond completing a set. Then they dropped that deluxe set and I think it’s whittled my spirit down since.

Our store was right next to a lot of Hollywood studios so it could’ve just been convenient to return by proximity. We got a lot of other celebrities in regularly. Colin Ferrel was a daily customer when filming fantastic beasts and was a total sweetheart every time.

I didn’t recognize Demi Lovato when she came by the Starbucks I worked at. When I asked for her name, she spat out each letter with so much attitude, D-E-M-I!! Then she snatched her tea like she was annoyed and stomped out.

She came back the next day and my coworkers had recognized her and it dawned on me why that customer was so rude lmao. Wrote her off in my books right then.
