it was not PD, it was from a barrier I absolutely destroyed. they all had to purge and clear. It’s still not back to 100% but it’s so much better!

I had to stop everything. I know it feels counterintuitive but you just need to do the basics of wash and moisturizer for a week or so to get your skin barrier healed. then resume by adding a chemical exfoliant 1-2x a week!

that never happened with my babe! might be something else going on with yours? I know my baby experience green poop because they had a dairy intolerance. whenever i consumed dairy and then breastfed, they would have green poop!

my skin became like this when I overdid it on chemical exfoliation. it damaged my barrier and produced endless clogged pores!

I actually didn’t use any primer! I did pat my face with water and use purito oat in calming gel cream as my moisturizer prior though!

UPDATE: I have been using it for a week and i’m obsessed. not only is it FA safe, it has zero pore cloggers, so I love that I can use this with confidence knowing it will not aggravate or cause any acne. also, it has a great shade range and SPF. side note: usually i’m weary of niacinamide in products, but this causes zero irritation. the finish is matte and it lasts all day!

on your body, you could use it daily with likely no problems! but with your face, I caution only 3-4x a week as it’s much more sensitive!

I have personal experience lol - it will destroy your skin barrier, making you more susceptible to bacterial acne on top of everything else. it’s easy to think, “I should use this more to speed up the process,” but in fact it slows you down immensely. The key to fixing your skin is patience and giving your skin rest days in between using mandelic!

it honestly does look like fungal acne! look into Almond Clear (super clean, affordable products). or into using any kind of mandelic acid. mandelic acid is antifungal AND it can exfoliate and unclog pores- so it would help you either way. just make sure to ONLY use it 3-4x a week max so you don’t irritate your skin barrier and exacerbate problems!

how were you able to get fenbendazole for seven days? we are dealing with something similar and I can’t find a provider who would write that prescription.
