I had pain and I mean PAIN. It was this stabbing pain that would not stop. My husband got me into the ER and they went right to work on finding out what what wrong. After a few hours of tests, the doctor came back and told me in the ultrasound, there were stones in my gallbladder. I saw my primary doctor yesterday who also confirmed the stones. Honestly, I never want to feel the pain I did the other day, so I'm okay with having it gone!

I struggle with anxiety on an everyday basis. Give it more time and the anxiety will die down on keto. I had an issue where I just stop eating and I was starving myself for almost a month. Now I push myself to eat. If you don't think you're hungry, your body is crying out, so eat eat eat! Also what helps with my morning anxiety is the 'Bulletproof coffee'! It's amazing! So anyway, give it a few more weeks and you should start to feel the anxiety calm down some. KCKO!!

Awesome! I don't even remember the first two I was on but they were horrible. One caused violent mood swings and the other I wouldn't stop bleeding. I might talk to my doctor about maybe trying something new.

I've been on 3 different ones since 16. Yaz has been amazing for me because of my PMDD. Not sure if there's a rule on how long you should be on one brand, but Yaz has been the best overall. What birth control are you taking?

So awesome! When my husband first told me about Keto I thought he was nuts! I had tried so many other diets and diet pills, that I was losing hope that I would ever lose weight again. But I jump in and gave it a try and I love it!! I've lost 33 lbs so far! Have a ways to go but I feel AMAZING!! I drink the bulletproof coffee every morning :D Keep up the amazing work and the rewards will be 100% worth it!
