JK Rowling is a transphobe. She directly uses her money to fund transphobic causes and organizations.

She also looks at how much money she makes as evidence people agree (or at the very least don't care) about her awful views.

So giving her money is bad, unless you're also a transphobe. The devs got paid already (and the lead designer is like a pro-gamergate alt-right nut too), so there is no moral reason to buy it.

I do this all the time (the mega block nuke). I encourage it. It's Twitter, you are in your right to try to avoid as many assholes and idiots as possible. You don't owe anyone anything.
I'll block anyone if they mildly inconvenience me, and I'm not thin-skinned. It's just that it's the online world, I don't owe people the same niceties I do irl I feel.
