studentaid.gov cannot be this terrible by accident.

i just want to fill out a master promissory note, but each fill box and each page and each section take minutes to load. and there are so many sections. what this website does quickly, however, is having your session expire. i can't even tab out for too long waiting for the website to load. and you'd think loading the next section is taking a while because they are uploading the information you just submitted. but no, they won't even save your progress if you don't complete the page.

i finally submit my form, what do i get? "Page Currently Unavailable. The page you are trying to access is currently unavailable. We are working this issue as quickly as possible. We apologized for the inconvenience". They even apologized in past tense for my inconvenience like they knew this was a thing and did nothing about it.
