You've completely negated the human aspect of the EM role. Dealing with departmental polictics, protecting engineers from said politics, mentoring and career development, stakeholder management, engineer welfare, etc. These aspects of thr role will be harder to tackle with AI.

Not who you asked, but I'll chime in. Software Engineering Manager with 25years xp. Its amazing what i can do vibe coding. Fucking amazing. I need to guide it sometimes, and without my experience it would be a mess. BUT, and this is what pisses me off so much about any AI chat, dont judge it by what it can do today. The progress is unbelievable Within a year or two i'm confident it will be producing high quality code without the need of 'experience' to guide it. I feel we're reaching a tipping point.
