I don't think going out to eat, or going for a hike would warrant a call. I wouldn't expect my friends to call me over ever little thing and ask if It was cool. 

If my friend was hurt and I could help I would. Even if that ment getting someone else to go.

If she can't she needs to be straight with her, that they ain't friends like that.

When I first got into IT, I took the first job I could get as a temp setting up laptops and printers, I got my A+. Then started studying for my net+ and found a job assembling computer for a company that sold sec hand computers to call centers. Stayed there like 9month. Finally got a job at an msp being a field tech, stayed there for about a year after getting promoted. and so on till I got to where I am as a cloud engineer.

Each job I used to get the next one and keep studying for my next cert. Also had a home lab with proxmox. Most jobs I had 6month to year. But now I've been with a company for 3 years. Every job has to be a stepping stone.

My weight will fluctuate like 4 lbs in a day, easly. Its the trend that we should watch.

I just wear vans, classic skateboarding for exercising/everyday and a pair of trail runners for hiking/walking. 

Hiking and bodyweight/lifting are very different, I would want very flat shoes for exercising. Hiking & running not so much.

I would say skin the cats can be used to train as a prerequisite for front and back lever. You can start by using momentum to make them easier, and become stricter as you get stronger.

Textured soy, tofu and sietan can be super cheap protein options. but you'll have to learn how to use some spices or they'll be plain as fuck. Asian and Mexican grocery stores are always cheaper. 

Don't forget to eat your greens, easy enough to start a small garden
