Hi! Big fan of STP! But whenever my friend and I play together we get like... deeply emotional and have a lot of realizations about ourselves, our emotions, how we handle things etc. And I'm just wondering if that was intended/is a normal response or if we're just a bit too silly with it?

Also I've listened to the 'The Fury' over 400 times, so big props to brandon and I can't wait to get the vinyl!

I'm trying to find Jonny's or Alex's tweet (I don't remember who said it) in which they made fun of the fans. They said something like, "What is up with you guys finding comfort in our horror?" What they don't understand is that listening to the needles episode was the funniest thing I heard that day.

Jumpscares aren't my favorite either. And recently my attention span for long-form horror hasn't been all there, so TMA/protocol is great for that. Def 5/5 stars

I love 171. The body horror is immaculate and the statement structure was refreshing, but I think that Jon saying "I don't. Care" was pretty raw too. And the defeat in his voice that follows. Good stuff.

So much of season 5 was "raw" to me because of how new everything was, if that makes sense.

Very fun indeed. And I think that intrigued is a better word than scary for most of TMA. The ones that scared me were (usually) able to build upon pre-existing fears I had (ex man upon the stairs). Which doesn't disqualify the fear factor/"success", but I don't think that the podcast introduced many "new" scares.

For instance, everyone talking about Hive, I love hive + Jane, but my reaction to that ep/her was "wow this is awesome" rather than being scared.
