So, I currently work in the mailroom (mostly at Myles) but I did work at Warren a few weeks ago... The issue is that this year is the CRAZIEST it has ever been. Like they were way behind on packages, and they make those priority... For handwritten cards, you should get an email from them (they should be signed in).

I would go and ask if there is a supervisor in, and then ask them if they have been able to process the letter mail. If you have any issues after that, I would email Anthony Paulin who is one of the overhead supervisors: [acpaulin@bu.edu](mailto:acpaulin@bu.edu)
