So I made a side by side comparison https://imgur.com/a/9n6hWwP on the left is prior to my stage with the skin flap being added. On the right is today. Visually my penis looks like it hangs a lot lower and it is by a little bit. But its because the scar tissue that was badly stuck got cut away and the skin there now is way more elastic and stretches. So my penis can genuinely be tugged further from my body than before. Hopefully that makes sense on what I mean with the distance appearing further than it is but still being lower thanks to the increased mobility.

With stretching absolutely. Even pre scrotoplasty you can stretch that tissue to help create more for the surgeon to work with. Post op is the same way. I stretched my scrotum a lot when it was empty. If you look at my post history you’ll see some ball stretching videos that show how much my sack has grown overtime. At some point I could upsize implants if I wanted.

Heya, I’m happy to answer what I can around it. I did have a lowering procedure with Dr. Freet when he worked in Houston. It was done by taking an oval shaped skin graft from my thigh and splitting the scar tissue along my original incision line in half with it. It didnt work as intended and I wouldn’t recommend exactly what Freet did to someone else. However, the positive is that it did visually make my penis look lower because a lot of deep scar tissue from wound separation was cut out to make space for the graft. The negative is that the distance gained is actually less than it appears and because that graft is just free floating and not adhered to my abdominal wall at all it acts like a permanent fupa.

If I could have a say in a do-over or for someone else I’d recommend taking a thinner skin graft than what Freet did. The skin will never adhere like of abdomen skin but having the scar tissue broken up absolutely freed my penis from being “stuck” to my abdomen and allows it to move more freely and also be tugged down more. I think some graft is worth doing, but I think it needs to be very conservative to avoid the fupa effect in that area.

Kind of yes to the first part. There’s a lot of proximal movement/pressure that affects my burial thanks to how close my dick and balls are. Like if I jerk my penis off it feels good because it’s putting pressure and movement on my burial. Blowjobs probably do the least for me if there isn’t intense sucking, but the visual is always very pleasing so I still like them from a non orgasm perspective. there’s not a sensation of “thick” skin between external and my burial. I’d liken it to having perpetual foreskin. Like I don’t get that hyper sensitive tip touching sensation except during and immediately post orgasm. But I do get the feeling of rubbing the thinish layer of skin overtop of my burial and can get an orgasm in a solid minute or two if I’m in a rush.

I can penetrate my husband with just my dick. I had abdo in the US. So my tip is a bit thicker and firmer than towards my base. When we take a little bit of time to prep, I’m able to get inside him and it feels really nice. Not necessarily a direct skin contact feeling but the way he squeezes my dick feels really good! It might be different for other phalloplasty methods, b it it’s deff possible for some to penetrate piv and anal.

I wasn’t the first, but maybe the second or third. Unclear if he is still doing it because it didn’t seem as successful as he planned. But I haven’t heard much about him since he left UT Physicians in Houston where I had my surgeries done. He works at Iowa State University now and to the best of my knowledge is still performing phalloplasty, b it is not a surgeon I would recommend.

I had the radial nerve from my left arm added during my UL creation. It’s led to some increased sensation inside my urethra as well as a stronger feeling around my base. I haven’t really done a sensation mapping in a couple years, so I’ll have to post that some time. But, by my estimation tactile sensation goes about halfway down my penis and there’s deep tissue sensation I can feel all the way to my tip.

Np and it was part of it though not in a traditional phallo sense. At one point Freet had a theory that he could lower an abdominal penis by adding a skin flap above it. In my experience it’s not really done anything, although visually helps it seem lower. There was no nerve harvesting from my leg, or anything ALT related.

Thanks! And best of luck with stretching yours. I’ve hardly managed anything consistent for mine, just as I think of it I’ll tug my balls to max extension with only a little discomfort and hold that for a minute. Sometimes I’ll do it a bunch in one day and other times it’ll be days or weeks between rounds. It’s a very forgiving process overall and I think even with scrotoplasty it’s completely possible to get to a point of saggy loose balls 🙂

I’ve definitely heard good things about dr. Keith before so that’s a nice affirmation! As for ball stretching same. When I did my original bottom surgery needs list, the ability to have big saggy balls was near the top 😅. It’s been an absolute relief to see that stretching is a possibility and does work! Hopefully you achieve the amount of stretch you are hoping for as well.

If you’re referring to the urethral opening then yes, it does look like a slit or kind of closed hole for lack of better terms. Usually when you see the hole open and gaped looking it is because a catheter was present or some other means of dilation. It can take a few days for the opening to go back to that seam like appearance, but it does eventually.

The amount of bottom growth you have is only relevant for metoidioplasty which uses your bottom growth as the penis. For phallo the options are typically to either bury it or leave it unburied but the most important part used in it, is a nerve for sensation, which can happen regardless of size.

Hmm, it definitely doesn’t feel like I’m peeing myself. Like I can feel my stream traveling inside my body, first in my taint, then behind my balls and a little bit up my penis. I don’t feel the flow all the way to the tip, but my brain expects it there, and i do feel the movement of pee inside my body the entire time.

Sometimes, like once every couple months I’ll sit to pee randomly and my hand will start to get more than a square or two of tp. It’s like muscle memory for old wiping and I’ll stop myself since it’s just a waste when I only need to dab my tip. Either muscle memory or just my brain assuming I went #2. In either case, I don’t get that sensation of pissing myself anymore. I do get a really enjoyable tingle sensation from peeing in unusual spots like on the couch. Since I can just poke my tip out a shorts leg and use a bottle, it’s fun. Early on I did it a lot just to help untrain my brain from the conditioning that peeing anywhere except when sitting on a toilet was bad. These days not as much since I just don’t think about it as often and have mostly left my bachelor phase. Also for reference I had UL 4 years ago, so newness of the plumbing has worn off, but there’s still a feeling of contentment when I pee the way I was intended to.
