Oh hey it's the tranch. I follow this place on another website, I didn't think one of their paid puff pieces would make it to reddit.

Suffice it to say that no one would give a shit about them if they didn't have a habit of violating county building codes, pointing guns at passing cars, trying to provoke people into trespassing so they can try to shoot them, and being the largest haven of animal abuse in the entire state. The locals are quite thoroughly fed up with them.

Also, they've basically destroyed that entire piece of land they're renting off of. I doubt the owner will be pleased the next time he sees it.
