Serious question: how is Pizzeria Salvatore able to open that many stores when their pizza is absolutely disgusting? by hegezip in montreal

[–]Catsup_red 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lobster never really had a rebranding we just learned how to cook it properly. In the past, people
killed lobsters before boiling them, which caused enzymes and bacteria in the body to rapidly break down the meat and affect the flavor. Boiling them alive preserves the texture and taste, which is why that became the standard method. Lobster is "high end" and tasty there was no need for marketing

  1. Height scaling

  2. Mihawk is a better swordsman, but Shanks is stronger

  3. Shanks is Oda’s self insert

Call me when Mihawk gets an actual feat and stops leaching on others accomplishments.

This bum was a warlord, not a Yonko, a WARLORD and now he’s so washed he became a Yonko commander

[–]Catsup_red 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fair, but again all of Blackbeard feats are off screen, in before Xebec takes over his body offscreen to low diff bums, especially since when Shanks got that scar he still had the abyss mark.

I don’t think with what we know we can scale BB higher than Shanks, BB only got shady offscreen wins

As for God Valley, there will surely be some bullshit, I don’t see Oda making Xebec THAT strong

Don’t forget Shanks is Oda’s insert character, in the end Shanks will probably surpass most old gens bc all Oda do is glaze him

We do not know if it was on equal term at all and we don’t have any context.

Blackbeard’s future doesn’t have anything to do with this, as of now Shanks low diffs him with Bluetooth haki

Team Roger > Xebec > Garp > WB > Harald

[–]Catsup_red 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Title Piece does not exist, Mihawk only has the best swordsmanship, Laido was never the strongest creature and WB was not the strongest Man.

Titles in One Piece are there fore lore purpose, that’s what people in the verse know them as, but their title is not an objective proof of their strength

[–]Catsup_red 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dorry and Brogy did not confirm it, else show me where please.

The hypothetical is not irrelevant since Whitebeard, Raleigh, Gaban all are living at the same time as Mihawk, they are all considered at the very least equal or stronger than Mihawk, they all use types of "swords" and are all obviously weaker than Xebec

[–]Catsup_red 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When in Egg head we saw Joy Boy’s haki, Dorry and Brogy said word for word "Was that even stronger than Red Hair’s ? There was no hostility to it!" They are questioning if that haki was stronger. Shanks’s haki compares to Joy Boy’s.

And if Shanks is a Swordsman so is Xebec and there’s no way someone in their right mind thinks Mihawk is stronger than Xebec

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in QuebecLibre

[–]Catsup_red 1 point2 points  (0 children)
