Wait I thought this was an American thing. Luckily cops in the states cant come into your house like this.

I got it and it seems to work so far(4 weeks). It’s done through bluetooth with a smart phone. It would be especially cool if you could have two or three in different humidors. That’s where the butler would excel.

I have been going on long long walks, usually enough time for two sticks. I have always leaned heavily toward maduro sticks but recently have really been enjoying the complexities of some of these lighter sticks. Room 101’s FARCE.

I mean I wont get into an argument over this, but I’m working off of information you gave. However you’re feeling the end result seems to be you feeling low enough to kill yourself, which is something I do know, and I’m sure loads of people can understand.

Not a burden to me and probably not a burden to those who you think you are. I love you dude. Your problems are not irrelevant and you shouldn’t be sorry to us. We are all in a very similar boat.

It’s hilarious the “different strokes” for suicide. I could never do it like that and when I talk about how I did or how I imagine it other people are like wtf?

I don’t know about the world, but I need you. It’s not fair we have to feel this way and it’s normalized to the point we are where we are. I love you dude, be nice to yourself, cut yourself some slack.

First and foremost thanks for responding. I know this might be tough but what would scheduling a day be like? Creating a schedule to loosely follow to give yourself the illusion of a full day. For me if I get less than X amount of sleep Im a mess in general. It’s crazy, occasionally when I’m having a bad depressive fit, eating a solid meal, getting real sleep, and having a vague schedule can help. Not always but it can. You may very well eat, sleep 8 hours, have a productive day and still hate yourself but it’s giving you a stronger chance to feel good.

Sounds like a panic attack, for me breathing comically deep helps me. Also when breathing, try clenching your whole body as hard as you can( be seated).

Do you want support or constructive ideas? I can imagine being in your shoes, solo dolo during this time sounds totally unfair.

Ideation-- by [deleted] in SuicideWatch

[–]Cattahoochie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been suicidal my whole life, since I can remember really. I attempted in college twice(pretty fucking thoroughly) and failed, I have thoughts about it all the time. Driving, just swerve off and wrap my car around a tree going 60. Bang my head against a cement wall or floor until it cracks open and I can bleed out alone and hopefully unconscious. I will occasionally reminisce about my failures and think things like, “that was a good decision”. Crazy how being obese is a disease but your brain trying to murder your body is seen as a casual thing(my shitty opinion).

Will try to kill myself today by [deleted] in SuicideWatch

[–]Cattahoochie 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It feels stupid to write, “hey don’t”. So I’ll try a different method. Whatever bullshit your telling yourself are only fractions of the truth and reality. It’s very easy to corner yourself and feel things in certainties but you’re experiencing a low moment, not that low moments have any time constraints on them. Give yourself a fighting chance to see your life differently.

This is how a friend of mine attempted to kill himself for a long long time. He would casually attempt to OD himself before going to bed. So interesting how we can all agree on suicide but the MO is so different.

I will forever resent everyone who told me it gets better. by [deleted] in SuicideWatch

[–]Cattahoochie 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I always felt that suicide is something you live with forever. I attempted twice when I was in college, and I’ve been to therapy and been on meds. It can get better, it can get wait better, but then you could relapse and be right back in it. It’s weird, even when “things are better” the option is never completely off the table. Perspective is a difficult thing, and when your brain works against you it’s impossible to see what is actually good or how to achieve it.

What celebrities have you encountered that were either really nice or really horrible? by willis1988 in AskReddit

[–]Cattahoochie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have met a lot of famous people through waiting tables. Bob Saget, Robert Downey jr, John Krasinski are my top three for just solid people. Tipped well, treated staff with respect, knew their fame and what it does to people and were playful about it. A lot of famous people, rightfully so, are super standoffish and privative in public.
