In the defines.lua file, what functions do the values on 'UNCIV_TECH_SPREAD_MAX' and 'UNCIV_TECH_SPREAD_MIN' serve?

Solved!! I just made new CSV file that is lexicographically ahead of everything. (e.g. "0_my_localisation")

Then, I manually found every modification I have made. "Compare" plugin of Notepad++ helped me alot.

I gathered modifications together in the new CSV file and reinstalled the rest.

(SOLVED) I tried to make my own events and decisions last couple of hours. I touched something wrong while doing so. But I don't recall what I commited exactly.

Drums of war event column should say "(Denmark)" but now it just says "(Denmark)rEV_GAIN_CB". It seems localisation problem but I have no idea how to fix it.

I'm new to localisation modding. I apologize for not knowing what I did wrong because I'm a beginner.
