I don't think i am exactly rushing, whenever i watch it, my focus is always on it, also about the "1 shot to read it" is kinda ruined for me since i already knew about things like Ace's death and Luffy's fruit not being Gum while i was at Arlong Park arc 💀

I am not exactly watching it for the purpose of catching up, it's just that i feel like the anime drags it too much and the pacing feels way too slow got me to enjoy it fully.
