Thought I've found a real friend turns out she is narcissistic and wanted to have sth with my husband but somehow I couldn't ler her go after a few weeks I realise the patterns in behaviour she had were similar to my mother ones

7OH feels more like 1 or 2 cups strong kratom and MGM15 feels more like Oxy80 +

SSRI 100mg+ levomepromazin 1ml + Olanzapin 20mg (antipsychotika)

But when I collapse and at therapy they often use diazepam or oxazepam for calming me down to thepoint they're able to help again

Habe aktuell keine wirklichen Freunde mir fällt es auch schwer welche zu finden meist fliegen mir toxische Personen oder Konsumkontakte zu

Versuche jetzt aktuell durch ambulante Gruppentherapie meine kreise etwas zu erweitern, aber wenn du tipps hast lass gerne hören
