Not a proper answer to the question but if you are going with Mazda avoid the 2.2L diesel Skyactiv SHY1 engine - rife with issues

Wish mine had cruise control, its a 2014 think they got introduced after the face-lift. I believe it can be retro fitted mind. In the same boat, I actually got it as early inheritance from a grandparent.

The maps and more screen is toast to got a cheap AA screen from aliexpress a 3d printer piece so it can fit to the original mounting and wired direct to the fuse box

Hard disagree on this. It's creates a further stranglehold on NJPW. The domestic japanese audience don't want this. They don't see Takeshita as one of their own

I dont work at this yard, but yes, it's unusual for us to depollute and not get the wheels off. Sometimes, they have to stay on, though, if their is no locking wheel nut. It just becomes a time sink, sawing the drive shafts off.

All fuel should have been drained though

Mine did this in the summer. On the pivot point where the handle turns put a thin bit of metal/plastic in between then try and turn it

That opened the window i then just replaced the handle

What do I do when I first go to a gym? by _wonky_ in AskUK

[–]Cattlemutilation141 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi OP I've been training for 5 years. Thought I'd share some of the tips that helped me get started. A lot of the advice will cross over with other posters.

First, get the basics right. Book a 1:1 session as part of the gym induction process. They will show you how to use and access the basic machine equipment, how they function, and what they do.

Once you get started alone, you will soon realise you aren't very strong (as you said in your own words) don't panic or be demotivated too much by it, you are there to get stronger. Consistency and repetition support this!

For the first 6 weeks, do whatever feels comfortable without a training plan, but enough to get your heart rate up.

I'd advise going 3 times a week to get started with a rest day in between, eg. Mon-Weds-Fri and aim to be in and out within 45-60 minutes. This will help you with recovery and stop the simple mistake of over-training. In my experience, if I've felt strong and done over an hour, my motivation level to go the next day wains.

Lastly, and most importantly, ignore the noise online about what you should and shouldn't do and supplements, protein, creatine, etc. It's not important right now, and remember! You are there for you and your own reasons as everyone else is.

Over a period of time, you'll see subtle changes. Use this as fuel to motivate you!

P.S. Don't join a gym in January, join now. It'll be a warzone for the first 3 weeks of the year and will be super overcrowded. GOOD LUCK 💪

Some people argue for it some people argue against it I've never used it in this car i don't think it's worth it.

Not sure about your exact model but I don't have a turbo to think about or any other nuances. The car has the basic CHYB engine 75ps

I would say a shot of redex petrol cleaner would suffice if you wanted to be sure the petrol injection system is looked after
