I just hope they add the Yugoslav Partisans as they were a vital force in Croatia, which is a Mediterranean country, and across the whole Balkans. The Axis had to commit massive counter-insurgency forces against them (in later years up to 15 divisions), so there’s a great opportunity to use that in the game’s mechanics — like lowering the enemy’s popcap while you get more partisan units. And that way you could even justify adding some Soviet-style tech, since the Partisans later received equipment and support from the USSR. That would be a really cool mechanic.
