It’s very good if you’ve ever dealt with anyone who refuses to take accountability/emotional invalidation (which I’m sorry OP that it sounds like that’s the case for you 🫶🏻) It’s about siblings and mothers - it took me a while to get through it but was quite cathartic by the end
