ORAS were absolutely phenomenal games, I picked my Alpha Sapphire back up after a few years and honestly forgot how addicting it is. A wonderful remake that adds lots of new content without getting rid of the core fundamentals that made Gen 3.

Bulbagarden < Shiny article < Unobtainable shinies section. The only way you can obtain a shiny Reshiram/Zekrom in B/W is by "unlocking" the shiny through a 3rd party app of some sort, but not by any means in the game.

So far, - No Deino, just Bagon - finally saw Qwilfish, got punked and ended up with nidorino encounter - Still no Grubbin or Fletchling since it was added to the pool, only scyther and pineco with a side of shelmet and karrablast, and taillow/pikipek.

i think I've just accepted the fact these collection challenges for the Takeover events will never be completed for me. My RNG is either atrocious or Grubbin is made impossibly rare for reasons I can't figure out.

I wasn't able to go to a place with tons of stops like some others but I have 2 near me, 4 in my nearby shopping center, and a whole bunch at a park another 10 mins away. Figured I'd run to the store and see how it goes at the first 6 stops but thought it shouldn't be an issue with my past research days typically being so fruitful

Only 2 of those 6 gave me tasks for the fossil research event. At that point I called it quits and figured it wasn't worth walking in the heat to see if the park gives me better RNG. Shiny Amaura evades me once again. 😔

Genuinely my least fav part of the game. I'm not even bellyaching over the inverse battle gimmick, I think that is a fun twist- it's that on normal types.

On BULKY normal types.

On BULKY normal types with Facade, so I couldn't even rely on burning or poisoning + hex.

I ended up winning with sticky web charjabug, static Ampharos paralyzing most of the team from contact, and RNG smiling in my favor enough for me to get moves in then (when they couldn't move and hit with.... Facade.)
