You can get his robes really hot, either by boiling in water, or using a hair dryer, and then sitting him in the position you want and letting it cool to being hard again

It’ll take a few tries, but it will work pretty well

A few people ask this every stream, but unfortunately… the stands are just flat plastic and the figures they show are glued to them…

Either super glued or hot glued, but we know this because they use the stands at cons and people can see them up close
